【Abstract】 A new photo-sensitive polyimide was synthesized through the hydroxyl-containing polyimide OPDA-BAPAF grafted with cinnamoyl group.The structure of the synthesized polyimide was characterized by IR and NMR,and was used as alignment layer in liquid crystal displays.It is proved that the alignment layer has good thermal-stability.更多还原
