苯基二氯化膦的合成工艺改进
Improvement on the Synthesis of Dichlorophenylphosphine
【摘要】 以苯、三氯化磷等为原料合成苯基二氯化膦 ,对反应条件进行了研究 ,并采用一种新的配合剂 P2 O5除去催化剂 Al Cl3,降低了生产成本 ,工艺简单、易操作 ,收率达到 80 .1 %。经红外及元素分析表明产物结构正确。
【Abstract】 Dichlorophenylphosphine was synthesized from benzene and PCl 3. Synthetic conditions were studied. By using a new complexing agent P 2O 5 to remove the catalyst AlCl 3, the productive cost was reduced. The yield is about 80.1%. The structure of the product was confirmed by FTIR, and elemental analyses.
