【摘要】 研究了 N-甲基 -4 -哌啶基甲醛的新的合成路线 ,即以 N-甲基 -4 -哌啶酮为原料 ,经与对甲苯磺酰甲胩反应合成 N-甲基 -4 -哌啶基甲腈 ,经 Dibal-H(二异丁基氢化铝 )还原一步生成 N-甲基 -4 -哌啶基甲醛 ,总收率为 4 2 %。反应步骤少 ,合成简单

【Abstract】 A new method for the synthesis of N methylpiperidin 4 formaldehyde was developed.N methyl 4 piperidine 4 carbonitrile (2) was obtained from the reaction between N methyl 4 piperidone and TosMic (tosyl methylisocyanid). The reduction of 2 with Dibal H produced N methylpiperidin 4 formaldehyde.The overall yield was 40.2%
