新型噻吩基二甲酸及其羟肟酸的合成与表征
Synthesis and characterization of a novel thiophene-derived diformic acid and its dihydroxamic acid
【摘要】 以噻吩、水杨醛、SOCl2 和 NH2 OH· HCl为原料合成了 2种新型噻吩衍生物—— 2 ,5-双 [(2′-甲酸 )苯氧甲基 ]噻吩和 2 ,5-双 [(2′-甲酰羟肟酸 )苯氧甲基 ]噻吩 ,并对它们进行了元素分析、红外光谱、核磁和质谱表征。
【Abstract】 From thiophene,salicylaldehyde,thionyl chloride and hydroxylamine hydrochloride,two novel derivatives of thiophene,2,5 bis[(2′ formic acid)phenoxy methyl]thiophene(Ⅱ) and 2,5 bis[(2′ formylhydroxamic acid)phenoxymethyl]thiophene (Ⅲ) were synthesized.Their structures were characterized by IR, 1HNMR,MS and elemental analysis.
