【摘要】 以吐温 -80为增敏剂 ,借锰 ( )催化溴酸钾氧化镁试剂的反应 ,拟订了测定痕量锰的新催化动力学光度法。在吐温 -80存在下 ,测定痕量锰的线性范围为 0 .1~ 0 .6μg/L,检出限为 5.3 4× 1 0 -11g/m L。用于测定水样、豆样中锰的含量。

【Abstract】 A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Mn (Ⅱ) has been developed. The method is based on the oxidation of magneson by potassium bromate in the presence of Tween 80 as sensitizer. Because of the addition of Tween 80, the sensitivity is increased for 3.9 times. The linear range of determination are 0.1~0.6μg/L,the detection limit for Mn(Ⅱ) is 5.34×10 -11 g/mL.The method has been applied to the determination of trace Mn in food and water samples.
