Knorr反应合成异喹啉并吡唑

【摘要】 利用异喹啉酮分别与肼、取代苯肼反应合成了６种新的异喹啉并吡唑化合物。通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱确定了新化合物的结构。

【Abstract】 Six isoquinopyrazoles were synthesized through the condensation of isoquinolone (la) with hydrazine or substituted phenyl hydrazine,respectively. The structures of the new compounds have been confirmed by elemental analysis,IR and 1HNMR.
