差示扫描量热法测量纯度的不确定度分析

【摘要】 依据JJF 1059-1999分析了差示扫描量热法测量纯度的不确定度。以美国PE公司的DSC-2C型差示扫描量热仪为例,该方法测量苯纯度的扩展不确定度为0.11％。

【Abstract】 The uncertainty in the purity measurement by differential scanning calorimetery has been analyzed according to JJF 1059 -1999 with the instrument of type DSC - 2C as an example, which is made by PE corporation of USA. The expanded uncertainty in the purity measurement of benzene by this method is 0.11 % .
