【摘要】 本文研制了一种新型的 PVP/Pd/IrO2电化学修饰电极。在 Pt 电极表面先后修饰 PVP(Poly VinylPyridine)及 Pd/IrO2,该修饰电极对 HSO3-有良好的催化氧化作用;同时,在恒电位+0.6V 条件下,以该修饰电极与 Ag/AgCl 电极,Pt 对电极组成的气体传感器,对 SO2也有良好的响应,预计在环境监测及环境保护等领域有应用前景。

【Abstract】 A novel electrochemical sensor is described for the detection of sulfur dioxide in both gas and solution in this paper.The chemical modified electrode was constructed by polymerizing (4-VP),palladium and iridium oxide(PVP/Pd/IrO2) onto a platinum microelectrode which exhibits excellent catalytic activity toward sulfite with an oxidation potential of +0.60V.The SO2 gas sensor is based on the PVP/Pd/IrO2 modified electrode as working electrode,Ag/AgCl electrode as reference electrode,Pt electrode as counter electrode and a porous film,which is di- rectly contacted with the gas-containing atmosphere.This sensor was found to be useful in the detection of SO2 and it may have future application in the field of environmental monitoring and controlling.
