用激光、标准噪声辐射源及热电器件实现的实时测温系统
Accuracy-Measurement Instrument for Temperature and Emissivity Using Lasers and Standard Heat-noise Radiating Source and Pyroelectric Detector in Real-time
【摘要】 介绍了一种采用半导体激光器作为光源 ,利用遮蔽板作为标准噪声辐射源 ,以钽酸锂热释电探测器作为光接收器件实现的、测量静止及慢速运动的中、高温物体的发射率及温度的系统。该系统主要由光学发射与接收系统、信号放大与处理系统及显示系统三部分组成。详细介绍了该系统的工作原理与基本结构 ,讨论了其中的技术难点及其相应的解决方法 ,分析了各量的测量精度对发射率及温度测量精度的影响。结果表明 ,对 4 0 0℃的钢铸件而言 ,发射率的测量精度σελ ≈ 6 .78× 10 - 3,σελ/ελ ≈1.31% ;温度的测量精度 ,σT≈ 1.0 4K ,σT/T ≈ 0 .155%。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the accuracy-measurement instrument, Which could simultaneously measure temperature and emissivity of static and slowvelocity high or lower high temperature object, is introduced. This instrument uses laser beam as light source, uses shelter plate as standard heat-noise radiating source, and uses LiTaO 3 pyroelectric detector as light receiving unit. This instrument mainly consists of three parts: optical emitting and receiving system, signal amplifying and controlling system, and display system. The principle and structure of this instrument are introduced in detail. The key technologies and its corresponding solutions are discussed. The effects on emissivity and temperature measurement precision by measurement precision of P 1,P 2,P 3 and P 4 are analyzed. To polishing steel cast at 400℃ the results are σ ε λ ≈6.87×10 -3 , σ ε λ /ε λ ≈1.31%, σ T ≈1.04 K, σ T/T ≈0.155%.
