【摘要】 讨论表面钝化的概念、特性和作用 ,比较各类钝化技术及用于碲镉汞红外探测器的适应性。

【Abstract】 The principle, characteristics and functions of surface passivation for MCT IR detectors were presented. The various methods of passivation were compared and their applications were reviewed.
