【Abstract】 The advanced detectors of 60 elements with overlap contacts structure are presented. By comprehensive experiment, Overlap contact structure is an effective method to improve the performance of IR detectors considerably. Based on our experimental vesults, we found out that it is possible to use the detectors under the optimal condition.The bias of the detectors with overlap structure must be orientated.更多还原
