【摘要】 长龙通注射液对家兔、豚鼠能增加纤维蛋白溶解酶活性 ,给药后 2 0min、5 0min时最显著 ,90min后作用明显减弱或恢复正常。在家兔连续多次给药实验中 ,测定给药 2 0min时纤维蛋白溶解酶活性显著增加 (P <0 0 1) ,凡给药 2 4h后测定 ,纤维蛋白溶解酶活性均不见明显增强。说明长龙通注射液中增加纤维蛋白溶解酶活性的有效成份在体内没有蓄积作用 ,有效作用时间短更多还原

【Abstract】 This injection is capable of increasing the activity of fibrinolysin in rabbits and cavies, and the best result is seen 20 and 50 minutes after the application, but its effect markedly lessens or gets back to normal 90 minutes after the application. In the experiment on rabbits, in which they were given injections several times continuously, the activity increases markedly 20 minutes after the application (P<0.01), but there is none 24 hours later. This implies the available compositions of this injection do not have accumulative effect and have a short period of effective action.更多还原
