【摘要】 目的 :观察大剂量皮质激素治疗重症哮喘的疗效。方法 :病人随机分成两组 ,治疗组 2 8例重症哮喘患者用大剂量琥珀酸氢化可的松持续静脉滴注 (10 0 0 - 2 380mg/ 2 4小时 ) ,持续 (1- 3)天 ,对照组 18例给予一般剂量静滴 (40 0 - 80 0mg/ 2 4小时 )。结果 :治疗组呼吸困难减轻 ,哮鸣音消失 ,呼吸衰竭纠正 ,肺功能明显改善 ,与对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :大剂量琥珀酸氢化可的松持续静脉滴注治疗危重型哮喘有确切的疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of large dose of corticosteroids on severe type of bronchial asthma.Methods:46 patients with severe type of bronchial asthma were divided into two groups randomly,the therapeutic group (28 cases) treated by large dose of hydrocortisone (1000-2380mg perday)venus transfusion for 1-3 days,the control group (18 cases) treated by general dose of hydrocortisone (400-800mg per day)venus transfusion.Results:The dyspnea was reduced,the voice of asthma disappeared,the respiratory failure was redressed the,functions of lung was improved absolutely in the therapeutic group.There was a great contrast to the control group.(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is confirmed there are definite efficacies that severe type of bronchial asthma are treated by large dose of hydrocortisone venus transfusion.\;更多还原
