【摘要】 目的 :观察偏瘫康胶囊治疗缺血性中风后遗症的临床疗效及其作用机理。方法 :临床研究用随机分组单盲对照观察 89例缺血性中风 ;实验研究用栓塞大脑中动脉法造成大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型(MCAO) ,观察其神经行为及脑组织含水量、Na+ 、K+ 、Ca2 、Mg2 + 离子含量及血清LDH、CK含量变化。结果 :偏瘫康胶囊能降低缺血性中风患者的神经功能缺损积分及MCAO大鼠神经功能缺损积分 ,降低MCA大鼠血清LDH、CK含量 ,减少脑组织含水量。结论 :偏瘫康胶囊对缺血性中风后遗症有较好的治疗作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of TONGLUOXIFENG decoction. Methods: Carrageenan induced inflamation model and cotton pellets granuloma model were used to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect.The twisting-body and thermal-plate methods were used to investigate the analgesic effect. Result: TONGLUOXIFENG decoction fed via gastric tube at different dosages had significant anti-inflammatory effect on carrageenan-induced inflamation,and had significant inhibitory effect on cotton pellets granuloma in rats,and also had significant analgesic effect on heat-induced and acetic acid-induced pain. Conclusion: TONGLUOXIFENG decoction may have good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.更多还原
