【摘要】 目的 :通过检测中国汉族人视网膜色素变性患者的载脂蛋白E表型及孔源性视网膜脱离病人视网膜下液(SRF)及血液中载脂蛋白E(apoE)的含量 ,探讨载脂蛋白E与视网膜疾病的关系。方法 :采用等电聚焦及免疫印迹方法检测正常人和视网膜色素变性患者的aopE表型及ELISA方法测定孔源性视网膜脱离病人视网膜下液(SRF)及血液中载脂蛋白E(apoE)的含量。结果 :aopE的ε4 等位基因与视网膜色素变性的发病有关联 (RR =2 5 0 71P <0 0 1)。SRF中apoE的含量与视网膜脱离的范围及时间相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :aopE的ε4 基因可能是视网膜色素变性发病的又一遗传因素 ;apoE与孔源性视网膜脱离的损伤修复有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relationship between apolipoprotein E(apoE) and retinal disease by detecting apolipoprotein E in blood and in the subretinal fluid and polymorphism of apolipoprotein E in retinitis pigmentosa(RP).Methods: Directly using serum as sample performed isoelectric focusing (IEF),after IEF,using two stains McAb carried out western blotting to detect polymorphism of apolipoprotein E.Apolipoprotein E in blood and in the subretinal fluid were detected by ELISA.Results: The frequency of apoE ε 4 allele in RP was significantly higher than that in the normal controls( P <0 01,Astrong association between apoE ε 4 allele and the development of RP(RR=25 071, P <0 01).The level of apoE in the subretinal was correlated with the time and range( P <0 01).Conclusion: apoE ε 4 allele is a danger factor of hereditary in retinitis pigmentosa and apoE may be involved in retinal detachment.更多还原
