【摘要】 目的 :探讨双氯芬酸胆碱滴眼液抗炎作用。方法 :采用兔眼前房穿刺和花生四烯酸 (简称AA)刺激眼前部炎症模型 ,对 1 0g/L双氯芬酸胆碱滴眼液局部抗炎作用进行了研究。结果 :1 0g/L双氯芬酸胆碱滴眼液对前房穿刺所致的房水蛋白增加的抑制率为 90 3% ,对AA点眼所致的房水蛋白增加的抑制率为 76 1% ,给药眼与对照眼比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。对AA点眼所致的眼压升高有显著的抑制作用 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :双氯芬酸胆碱滴眼液可抑制眼局部前列腺素的合成与释放 ,从而发挥抗炎作用 ,发展前景较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To explore the anti inflammatory mechanism of the diclofenac acid choline eye drops.Methods:The effects of diclofenac acid choline eye drops (1.0 g/L) were observed by using the eye inflammatiory model owing to stabbing the rabbits eyes loculus and AA irritating.Results:After the eye drops was used,the inhibition rates of the protein concentration increased ( P <0.01) by the eyes loculus stabbing and by 50.0 g/L AA irritating were 90.3% and 76.1%,eye pressure increased by 50.0 g/L AA pricking was inhibited.There were significant difference ( P <0.01) between drug given group and control group.Conclusion: Diclofenac acid choline eye drops can inhibit synthexsis and release of prostaglandin in eyes.更多还原
