【摘要】 目的 :研究邻苯二胺法合成IH 1,2 ,3 苯并三唑的反应条件对产率的影响。方法 :利用邻苯二胺与亚硝酸钠环化缩合制备苯并三唑 ,改进首次抽滤液的体积和结晶次数 ,运用红外光谱鉴定所得产品。结果与结论 :当首次抽滤溶液的体积为 5 0 0ml,结晶次数为 4时 ,苯并三唑产率达 90 5 %以上 ,超过文献报道的水平 ,为该产品的开发应用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To research the influence of reaction conditions on the yield of IH 1,2,3 Benzotriazole by o phenylenediamine.Methods: IH 1,2,3 Benzotriazole was prepared by cyclocondensation of o phenylenediamine and sodium nitrite.Changing the volume of the first filter liquid and the times of crystallizing.The product was identified with IR.Results and Conclusion: The yield increased to 90.5% when the first filter liquid was 500 ml and crystallized 4 times.
