大鼠蓝斑酪氨酸羟化酶样神经元至背海马投射观察

【摘要】 目的 :观察大鼠蓝斑至背海马投射纤维的递质性质。方法 :用辣根过氧化物酶 (HRP)逆行追踪法和免疫组织化学相结合的双重标记技术研究蓝斑TH样神经元至背海马投射。结果 :在双侧蓝斑内可见到HRP标记细胞、TH阳性反应细胞和TH HRP双标细胞 ,同侧明显多于对侧。结论 :背海马接受双侧蓝斑纤维的投射 ,并呈同侧优势

【Abstract】 Aim: To demonstrate neurotransmitters in fibers projeced to dorsal hippocampus from locus coeruleus in rats. Methods: Using the double labelling technique which combines the immunocytochemical Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase complex (ABC)method with the Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)retrograde tracing method to study the neurotransmitters in fibers projected to dorsal hippocampus from locus coeruleus. Results: HRP labelled cells,TH labelled cells and TH-HRP double labelled cells were found in locus coeruleus. Conclusion: The data of the projection is of some value in further study on the physiological function of hippocampus and the embryonic transplantation including hippocampus.
