【摘要】 氧化铝陶瓷是α—Al₂O₃的烧结制品,其化学性质稳定,耐酸、耐碱、耐高温,比重大、硬度高,在陶瓷,磨料磨具,耐火材料领域得到了广泛地应用。因α—Al₂O₃的熔点较高,氧化铝陶瓷的烧结相当困难,本文探讨了烧结氧化铝陶瓷的工艺条件与方法。详细地论述了原料的预处理,烧结助剂的筛选,配方的设计与调整、成型方法。研讨了烧结过程中烧结助剂对烧结过程的影响与作用,率先引入了稀土元素作为烧结助剂,为改善氧化铝陶瓷的性能开辟了新的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 With stable chmical property, acidproof, alkali resistant, thenmostability, bigger specific weight and higher hardness,Alumina ceramic,sintered product of a -Al2O3,was applied widely in ceramic, abrasive, abrasive tools and refractory fields, α - Al2O3has a higher melting point, Alumina ceramic is difficult to be sintered. The paper discussed the process condition and method of Alumina ceramic sintering,and described the pretreating or raw material,selection of agglutinant ,desing and adjustment of ingredient and forming method. The paper also discussed effect and function of agglutinent during sintering,and first using rare - earth element as aggluti-nent and made a new method to improve Alumina ceramic property.更多还原
