肾上腺肿块的超声显像诊断评价

【摘要】 目的 :探讨超声显像对肾上腺肿块的诊断价值。方法 :回顾性总结 116例经手术及病理证实的肾上腺肿块的超声检查结果 ,计算其定位及定性诊断正确率。结果 :116例 ,超声作出正确定位者 110例 ,定位诊断正确率94 8%。定性正确者 10 3例 ,正确率 93 6 % (10 3/ 110 )。结论 :超声显像对肾上腺肿块的定位及定性诊断具有较高的准确性

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the diagnostic value of ultrasonography on adrenal masses.Method Retrospectively analyzed the ultrasonographic features of 116 patients who suffered from adrenal masses, which were verified histologically after operation.Results Of all patients, the correct rate of localization and determination is 94 8% and 93 6%,respectively.Conclusion Ultrasonography can be considered as an accurate means of scanning adrenal masses.
