【摘要】 用综合纸层层析法分析了72株从神农架林区和自然保护区土壤分离出来的,并经过鉴定的链霉菌产生的抗生素类型,将其与已知抗生素的纸层层析图谱进行比较。结果表明,供试的链霉菌能产生出多种不同的抗生素,有的层析谱型易于归类;有的层析谱型则缺乏规律性,不能确定其所属类型。分析结果还表明抗生素的产生具有菌株特异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The types of antibiotics produced by 72 strains of streptomycetes, which were isolated from the soils of Shennongjia Forest and Nature Reserve Region, were studied by paper chromatography and compared with those of PPC of known antibiotics. The preliminary results show that streptomycetes tested can produce many kinds of antibiotics and the antibiotics produced are strain-special instead of species-special.In addition,the results supplement the data on the screening of antibiotics and supply the basis for exploiting and utilizing the resources of streptomycetes in this region.更多还原
