【Abstract】 zfh-1 is a transcriptional regulatory factor involved in the development of multiple tissues in Drosophila, and its homologous of human have similar function. Basing on the structural and functional similarity between zfh-1 and its homologous in Human, we get a novel homeotic gene, named as ZNF324, in human by computer cloning. The full length of its mRNA is about 2.5kb, and it codes a protein whose length is 320 amino acids. ZNF324 is highly expressed in tumour tissue, suggesting that the gene is involved in tumourogenesis.更多还原
