【摘要】 为了解鼠药毒鼠灵的主要成分和更好地在临床上诊断、治疗毒鼠灵中毒 ,采用饲喂方法诱发猪毒鼠灵中毒 ,并进行了临床和病理学观察 .结果表明 ,中毒猪主要临床症状表现为呕吐 ,中枢神经系统功能紊乱 ,全身阵发性痉挛、震颤和胃肠运动增强 ,血凝时间延长 ,血红蛋白含量、红细胞总数、红细胞压积容量、血清钾、血清钠、血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白均有降低 ,白细胞总数、碱性磷酸酶、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活性和血糖均有上升更多还原

【Abstract】 To probe into the main components of Dushuling which is a toxic chemical for killing mice and cure the disease of Dushuling poisoning clinically,piglets were fed with food mixed with Dushuling,acute poisoning was induced.The results show that the main clinical symptoms include vomiting,dysfunction of central neural system,general clonic convulsions,tremor strengthened gastro intestinal movement,the clotling time prolonging.16 blood physio biochemical indexes were determined.The results read as follows. Haemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell(RBC),packed cell volume(PCV),serum potassium(SK +),serum sodium(SNa +),total protein(TP) and globulin(G) decrease significantly,but the activities of AKP,GPT,GOT and the value of blood sugar increase.更多还原
