【摘要】 为加快红木优良无性系的选择、苗木的工厂化生产和推广应用 ,以红木腋芽为外植体进行组织培养 ,筛选出较为理想的芽分化、增殖和生根培养基 ,即 :芽分化及增殖培养基以 MS+ 2 .0 m g/ L BA较好 ,芽分化率可达6 3% ,繁殖倍数为 3左右 ,而生根培养基以 1/ 2 MS+ 4mg/ L IBA较好 ,生根率可达 95 .8% .试验了不同季节的试管苗移栽管理技术 ,率先在中国建立了红木组培快繁程序更多还原

【Abstract】 To accelerate the selection of excellent clone of Loropetum (R.Br) Oltver  var.rubrum yiehlter,industrialized seedling breeding and its popularization,ideal differentiation,multiplication and rhizogenesis were screened by using explants treated with tissue culture.The results show that its differentiation reaches 63% and its index of propagation is 3 in the enrichment medium of MS+2.0 mg/L BA,while the rootting index reaches 95.8% in rootting medium of 1/2 MS+4 mg/L IBA.The technique of cuvette seedling transplantation was tested in different seasons and fast breeding procedure of Loropetum (R.Br) Oltver var. rubrum yiehlter was first established in China.更多还原
