调速阀内泄漏量控制试验
Control of Leakage Flowrate of Governor Valve
【摘要】 为确保调速阀内泄漏量符合标准的规定 ,以 Q - 10 B型调速阀为试件 ,对其内泄漏量进行了试验研究 .结果表明 :应将阀芯和阀体的配合间隙控制在 0 .0 0 7mm以内 ,节流阀对中误差控制在 30 %以内 ;将调速阀原有结构改进成柔性连接的强制式结构 ,可以减少一条泄漏路线 ,防止节流阀阀芯偏心 ,减少内泄漏量
【Abstract】 The leakage flowrate was studied in this experiment by using Q 10B governor valve as trial component. The results show that the clearance of spool and valve body should be controled within 0 007 mm, error of centralization of throttle valve within 30%. With the original structure changed to a flexible coercive conjunction structure, a leakage path can be reduced, and the effects of alignment errors be eliminated.
