【Abstract】 In this paper, the electron states in the three_tile quasiperiodic semiconductor superlattices are investigated with the tight_binding method. The effects of the impurities on the spectra of the electron transimission and the probability distribution of the electron states in the three_tile quasiperiodic semiconductor superlattices are discussed. It is shown that the effect of the impurities on the spectra of the electron transimission is obvious; the electron states for the system change with the variation of the position of the impurities and the characteristic of the impurities.更多还原
