【Abstract】 The regularity which the estimation of B parameters varying with fractional delay in generalized Z transformation is analyzed.And the necessary and sufficient condition of the fractional delay varying with time is obtained and proved theoretically.According to the theory,the event which the parameter or the fractional delay varying with time can be identified correctly.This conclusion is important for the control system made use for computer and computer with complex algorithm specially.更多还原
