【Abstract】 Wei Wenhou valued the talent very much .We concluded his great thought in the following aspects : The first is reforming the old systems and choosing the skillful persons. The second is trying by every means to find out the best ones. The third is keeping his word and treating them honestly.The fourth is choosing the person by his talent not by his deeds.The fifth is being good at accepting others’ suggestions. The sixth is apointing persons and trusting them. Being one of the factors in making Wei country strong and flourishing ,Wei Wenhou’s ideas is apointing talent were worth praising.
