【摘要】 目的 研究食管胃吻合方法预防吻合口瘘的发生。方法　采有食管胃单层宽边排线吻合方法 ,对 3 3 4例食管癌及贲门癌患者实施根治术。结果　无一例吻合口瘘。结论　该方法可增加吻合口抗张力作用并可减轻吻合口张力 ,有利于吻合口的血液循环 ,有效地降低了吻合口瘘的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anastomotic method to prevent anastomotic fistula caused by multi-factors.Methods 334 cases of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma were operatedon by way of single-layered, margin widened and sutures lined esophagogastric anastomosis.Results No fistula was found in 334 cases of esophageal and cardiac carcioma.Conclusions The method which promotes the blood circulation of anastomotic sites,can increase resistance to the tension of anastomotic sites, reduce tension, and thus effectively decrase the occurrence of anastomotic fistula.更多还原
