【摘要】 目的　为了减少体表手术痕迹的残留 ,改善外观修复效果 ,提供一种临床应用方法。方法　利用皮肤软组织扩张技术与传统的皮肤移植技术相结合 ,形成邻近皮瓣、带蒂皮瓣、岛状皮瓣、游离皮瓣以及大面积全厚皮片移植修复创面及器官再造。结果　使传统的皮肤移植技术在体表留有 3处手术痕迹 ,变成 2处均为线形痕迹 ,对修复区和供皮瓣区均提供皮瓣修复 ,明显提高了修复效果。也为临床提供了大面积全厚皮片移植的一种方法。结论　此种皮肤移植技术是目前最好的及最为简单易行的皮肤移植技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To devise a clinical method for reducing the trace made by operation on body surface so that to improve the effect of surfaces reconstruction. Methods: Adjacent flap, island flap, free flap and large area of full thickness skin graft developed by dilation technique of skin and soft tissue combined with conventional management of skin transplantation were used to repair wound and to reconstruct organ defects. Results: The three plane scars produced by conventional method of flap transplantation were made into two line-shaped scars. This method had provided cosmetic resurface both for morbidity site and donor site obviously and given a repair for large area of skin defect with full thickness skin graft. Conclusion: This technique might be the best and most simple one at present.更多还原
