【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the status of state owned economy layout of our country, and deals with the importance of its strategic adjustment to the state owned economy layout.It offers some ideas on the strategic adjustmnte to the state owned economy layout:first of all,retract the moving line,shift expanding the layout to key estates,and optimize the structure of the state owned economy;second,adjust property rights,realize pluralism of stock rights structure to the state owned enterprise,and push forward changing of enterprise operational mechanism;third,make the existing property vigourous,optimize increasing property,and make the state owned middle and small enterprise withdraw orderly.更多还原
