应用PCR检测猪氟烷基因的研究

【摘要】 应用PCR -RFLP技术对云南省原种猪场核心群中 88头引进外种猪 (长白 31头 ,大白 5 9头 )进行了氟烷基因的检测 ,结果检出 9头杂合子 ,未发现阳性猪 (nn)。研究表明 :(1)长白猪群中不存在氟烷基因 ;(2 )大白群中有 9头杂合子且呈现全同胞或父系半同胞 :(3)用猪毛进行氟烷基因检测具有方便、减少应激、准确性高等特点

【Abstract】 The halothane gene in 88 alien bredding pigs including 31 Landrace and 57 Large White from foundational population in Primarybreeding farm in Yunnan Province was detected by PCR-RELPtechnique.The results showed:(1)halothane gene was not detected in Landrace group;(2) 9 halothane heterozygous pigs were detected in full-sib or half-sib of sire line from Large White group;(3)there areconvenience,reducing stress,high exactness and etc.merits in detectingof halothane gene using hog hair.
