【摘要】 对昆明种小白鼠口服、腹腔注射、静脉注射单诺沙星的急性毒性进行了研究。按简化机率单位法测得单诺沙星对小白鼠的口服LD50 为 2 2 5 1.84mg/kg ,LD50 的 95 %可信限为 182 9.2 8～ 2 6 74.32mg/kg ,LD90 为 42 0 7.11mg/kg,LD10为 10 2 5 .2 6mg/kg。腹腔注射单诺沙星的LD50 为 30 0 .93mg/kg ,LD50 的 95 %可信限为 2 6 7.74～ 32 5 .12mg/kg ,LD90 为388.31mg/kg,LD10 为 2 2 3.2 6mg/kg。静脉注射单诺沙星的LD50 为 5 2 .0 2mg/kg ,LD50 的 95 %可信限为 5 0 .43～ 5 3.5 7mg/kg,LD90 为 5 7.2 9mg/kg,LD10 为 47.2 6mg/kg。表明单诺沙星的毒性较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 The acute toxicity of danofloxacin in Kunming mice was studied.Adopt simplified probability unit method determined the LD 50 ,LD 50 ,LD 90 and 95% confidence of LD 50 of danofloxacin in mice by oral administration,intraperitoned injection and intravenous injection respectively.The value of oral administration were 2251.88,1025.26,4207.11 and 1829.28～2674.32 mg/kg respectively.The value of intravenous injection were 52.02,47.26,57.29 and 50.43～53.57 mg/kg respectively.The results showed that the toxicity of danofloxacin was low.更多还原
