同位素法测厚中的数学模型的补偿计算
Compensation calculation of mathematical patterns in isotopic thickness measurement
【摘要】 对同位素仪表在厚度测量中所遇到的计算与标定问题做了理论与实际应用方面的探讨。采用本文提出的相对测量计算方法,有效地排除了各种干扰因素对测量结果的影响,测量精度由4.9%提高到3.8%。
【Abstract】 The calculation and calibration problems we meeted while using isotopic instruments to measure the thickness are probed into in application theoretically and practically. By using the relative measuring and the calculating method are discussed, the influence of interfering factors on the measurement result is effectively eliminated. As a result, the measuring precision is improved from 4.9% to 3.8%.
