微悬浮聚合法合成聚苯乙烯磁性微球

【摘要】 采用微悬浮聚合制备了聚苯乙烯磁性微球 (简称磁球 )。在苯乙烯磁流体中加入引发剂和交联剂 ,然后将此磁流体分散在水中 ,经过高速剪切乳化 ,形成较稳定的微悬浮液 ,然后进行聚合 ,可合成 0 .4μm~ 6μm,主要分布在 0 .7μm~ 2 .0 μm的磁性微球。利用激光粒度分布仪、透射电镜( TEM)以及热重仪 ( TG)研究了引发剂用量、初始单体用量、聚合温度、磁粉用量、二乙烯苯 ( DVB)用量等因素对磁球的粒径大小及其分布、凝结量以及磁含量的影响

【Abstract】 Polystyrene magnetic microspheres were synthesized by microsuspension polymerization. The organic phase obtained by adding LPO and DVB into styrene ferrofluid was dispersed into water to form microsuspension fluid by a homogenizer. Then the preemulsion obtained was polymerized and magnetic microspheres from 0.4μm to 6μm, mainly from 0.7μm to 2.0μm were synthesized. By making use of laser particle sizer, transparent electronic microscope (TEM) and thermoanalyzer, we studied the effects of amount of initiator, ratio of oil to water, amount of magnetic powder and DVB on the particles size, size distribution, coagulum and magnetite content.
