【摘要】 为了解抗病毒1号单味中草药对呼吸道合胞病毒的抑制作用,本研究采用细胞培养技术,以病毒唑为阳性对照药,观察抗病毒1号对呼吸道合胞病毒的抑制作用。结果表明,抗病毒1号和病毒唑的半数中毒浓度(TC₅₀)分别为13.9mg/ml、76.43ug/ml;其抗呼吸道合胞病毒的半数有效浓度(EC₅₀)分别为0.827mg/ml、5.672ug/ml,TI分别为16.81、13.47;抗病毒1号对呼吸道合胞病毒的抑制作用存在着明显的量效关系（P<0.01）。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the anti-respiratory syncyntial virus effect of a Chinese medicinal herb-Antiviral Agent No.1, we observed the anti-viral effect of Antiviral Agent No. 1 by means of the technique of cell culture using Ribavirin as a positive control. In Hela culture, Antiviral Agent No.1 was found to be a potential inhibitor of respiratory syncyntial virus in a concentration-dependent manner, with a TC₅₀ of 13.9mg/ml, the EC₅₀ （TI） of 0.827mg/ml （16.81）; while Ribavirin with a TC₅₀ of 76.43ug/ml, the EC₅₀ （TI） of 5,672ug/ml （13.47）.更多还原
