偶氮染料派拉丁蓝RRN脱色细菌的选育与研究

【摘要】 从驯化后的处理毛纺厂染料废水活性污泥中分离得到一株降解高效菌 ,经鉴定该菌为嗜热鞘氨醇杆菌 (Sphingob acteriumThalpopilum) .该菌株 5d内对派拉丁蓝RRN的脱色率为 34% ,比驯化污泥同期的脱色率 (15 % )有很大提高 .降解特性试验发现该菌株适宜的扩大培养时间为 3— 4d ;最佳菌体投加量为 3— 4g/L ;染料浓度在 2 0 0mg/L范围内时 ,浓度对细菌降解作用没有明显的抑制作用 ;对其它染料的生物降解没有明显的促进效果 ,说明专一性较强

【Abstract】 Dye is one of the important environment pollutants. Possibility of using bacteria for decoloring of azo dye Acid Complex Blue RRN and its feasible working condition was studied. One strain was isolated from the drainage of wastewater treatment plant of a textile factory. It is identified as Sphingobacterium thalpopilum. Compared to 15% decoloring ability of the sludge this strain can decolor more than 34% of Acid Complex Blue RRN in 5 days. In studying its best working condition, it is found that the optimal enrichment time is 3-4 days; the optimal microbe concentration is 3-4g/L. It has no restrain effect in the range of 200mg/L dye concentration. But this strain has no clearly-improving decolorization ability in treating other dyes.
