β-环糊精及其衍生物对疏水性有机农药增溶和毒性影响的研究

【摘要】 研究了β 环糊精 (β CD)及其衍生物羟丙基—β 环糊精 (HPCD)对 3种疏水性有机农药 (甲基对硫磷、呋喃丹和五氯酚 )的增溶作用和对甲基对硫磷的生物毒性影响 .结果表明 ,β CD能够促进五氯酚、呋喃丹的水溶性 ,而对甲基对硫磷的增溶表现为先促进溶解而后抑制溶解 ;HPCD能够明显地促进 3种疏水性有机农药的水溶性 ,对农药的增溶效果比 β CD的增溶效果更显著 .增溶作用主要是由于农药与 β CD或HPCD形成包合物而引起的 .β CD和HPCD的加入不影响甲基对硫磷的生物毒性

【Abstract】 The effects of β cyclodextrin (β CD) and hydropropyl β cyclodextrin (HPCD) on the solubilization of three hydrophobic organic pesticides (methyl parathion, carbofuran, pentachlorophenol) and the toxicity of methyl parathion were investigated. The results showed that the solubilities of pentachlorophenol and carbofuran increased linearly with the increase of β CD concentration, but that of methyl parathion increased originally and then decreased with the increase of β CD concentration.The solubilities of three hydrophobic organic pesticides increased linearly with the increase of HPCD concentration.The solubilization effect of HPCD on the pesticides was more significant than that of β CD.The solubilization effect was caused by the formation of inclusion complexes of pesticides with β CD or HPCD.The presence of β CD and HPCD had no effect on the biotoxicity of methyl parathion.
