【摘要】 介绍SMCAMS的加速系统、磁铁系统和输运系统的结构考虑和它们的参数确定依据,并讨论各种工作模式的确定。

【Abstract】 Consideration of the structure of the accelerator system, magnet system and beam transport system in SMCAMS and foundation of their parameter determination are introduced. The choice of the various working modes are described.
