带球囊肝动脉导管阻断肝血流进行热灌注动物实验
Experimental study of hot water perfusion by blocking hepatic artery with balloon catheter
【摘要】 目的 探讨局部热灌注疗法在动物肝脏血管营养组织间加热中的应用。方法 在介入基础上用带球囊肝动脉导管选择性插入猪肝相应叶、段动脉支 ,阻断血流后 ,通过加热灌注装置 ,用 5 0℃生理盐水灌注足够热剂量 ,实现组织间加热。结果 受实验动物肝被阻断远端血管彻底破坏 ,其血管所营养组织全部凝固性坏死。病理示肝细胞核固缩、裂解、溶解。结论 局部热灌注可完全使局部肝组织 (包括肝癌组织 )彻底坏死。为人体肝癌治疗开创了一个创伤小、副作用少 ,治疗彻底并可防止肿瘤复发的新方法
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of local hot water perfusion in animal hepatic arterise to heat the supplied tissues.Methods The hepatic blood circulation was blocked with balloon catheter which was inserted selectively into the related lobar and sigmental arteries of swine liver with the technique of interventional rediology.Then the saline with 50℃ was injected to heat the supplied tissues with the heat and perfusion equipment.Results The animal liver was entirely destroyed due to the blocked distal arteries.The tissues supplied by the blocked arteries developed coagulation necrosis.The hepatic cells showed pyknosis,karyorrhexis and karyolysis pathologically.Conclusion Local hot water perfusion could make the related hepatic tissue including carcinomatous tissue necrosis entirely,which is a new method for treating liver cancer and preventing it recurrence with little injury and side effect.
