【摘要】 目的　观察分析应用鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效。方法　对 1997～ 1999年行鼻内镜手术的患者 ,按照《慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉临床分型分期及内窥镜鼻窦手术疗效评定标准 (1997,海口 )》进行观察、分析。对 2 98例有完整临床资料的患者均随访 1年以上。结果　 2 98例中总治愈好转率 : 型 :一期为 10 0 % ,二期为 95 .5 % ,三期为 88.9% , 型 :一期为 10 0 % ,二期为 87.5 % ,三期为 85 % ; 型 :78.1%。结论　应用鼻窦内窥镜治疗慢性鼻窦炎 ,按照手术疗效评定标准进行观察 ,对正确评价手术疗效具有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observate and analyse the curative effect of chronic nasosinusitis treated with intranasal sinuses speculum.Methods The patients treated with intranasal sinuses speculum between 1997 and 1999 have been observed and analyzed according to the“Clinical types and terms classifications for chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polypus and operational effect appraisal standard for nasal sinuses operation with speculum.”(1997.Haikou)298 cases with complete clinical information records were followed up for over one year.Results Type Ⅰ,the 1st term,100%;2nd term,95.5%;3rd term;88.9% in type Ⅱ,1st term 100%;2nd term,87.5% and 3rd term,85%;Ⅲ type,78.1%.Conclusion It is of significant important to appraise the operational effet of treating chronic nasosinusitis with intranasal speculum,correctly according to the evaluation standard.更多还原
