【摘要】 目的　应用介入栓塞治疗甲状腺功能亢进症。方法　应用 Sedinger技术引入导管 ,在数字减影 X线监护下 ,先后超选插管至两侧甲状腺上动脉和一侧甲状腺下动脉主干 ,注入聚乙烯醇 (PVA)栓塞剂 ,并根据情况放置弹簧圈。结果　 8例均获治愈。结论　该方法开辟了治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的一条有效途径更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To treat hyperthyrodism with intraventional embolization therapy.Methods Under monitor of DSA,catheter was put into both superior thyroid arteries and single inferior thyroid artery trunk superselectively with Sedinger’s skill.Embolus(PVA) was injected and spring ring was put according to different condition.Results All the 8 cases were recoveried.Conclusion This method sets up an effective way to treat hyperthyrodism.更多还原
