杀虫单—氯化钠—水体系相平衡研究及分析

【摘要】 本文测定了 - 10℃和 5 0℃下杀虫单—氯化钠—水三元体系相图 ,根据测得的相平衡结果 ,对现有杀虫单生产工艺提出了改进措施 ,同时也考察了添加剂对杀虫单结晶形态的影响。工业实验表明 ,杀虫单产率和产品质量都有了较大提高。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the phase diagram of the ternary system C5H 14NO7S4Na-NaCl-H2O is plotted according to the experimental data that are obtained at 50℃and -10℃ respectively.On the basis of phase diagram,the author made an improvement on the present process .Through industrial experiments, both the recovery and the quality of the product are increased dramatically.
