【摘要】 对长江中下游河道采砂的现状进行了分析 ,重点分析了河道无序采砂对长江中下游的河床稳定和航运交通所造成的危害 ,认为在一段时间内全面禁止在长江中下游河道非法采砂是完全正确的 .从长远来看 ,由于河床稳定和航道整治的迫切需要 ,长江中下游河道采砂不可避免 ,但惟有依法科学有序地进行长江河道采砂才能够变害为利 ,使长江中下游河道采砂为国民经济在新世纪的可持续发展服务 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Studied is the present situation of sand-gravel extraction in the channel of the Yangtze River, with the focus placed on the harm to riverbed stability,shipping and transportation. It is pointed out that unlawful sand-gravel extraction should be prohibited. From a long-term point of view, it is unavoidable to make some sand-gravel extraction in this region to meet the needs of riverbed stability and channel regulation. However a scientific and orderly way of channel sand-gravel extraction may turn harm to benefit to serve the sustainable development of the middle and lower Yangtze River.更多还原
