【摘要】 分析了国内现有各种无缝钢管机组的规格品种及设备情况。其中 ,部分机组由于工艺与装备比较落后 ,不能生产高强度、特殊性能的高品质钢管。为此 ,提出了以降低消耗、扩大产品范围、提高尺寸精度及提高变形效率为目标的一些改造方案 ,并推出了几种可供选用的国产新型轧机更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analysis all kinds of sizes and equipment of seamless pipe mills in China, parts of the pipe mill process and equipment get behind, and can not produce high quality pipes of high strength and special properties . So the author gives out the reform plan to reduce material consumption, enlarge production scope, improve dimensional precision and increase the forming efficiency , also several home made new type rolling machine are proposed for selection.更多还原
