【摘要】 学生通过“金工实习”这一重要的实践教学环节 ,可以增强创新意识、工程实践能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力 ;同时 ,也可树立环境保护、工业安全、文明生产和经济分析的现代观念 ,从而全面提高综合素质。该文就“金工实习”教学的管理、考核机制改革等问题进行探讨 ,以期进一步完善实践教学管理体制和考核体制 ,达到工程实践教学的目的更多还原

【Abstract】 After the important link of the "Technology of Metals Practice Teaching", students may improve their consciousness of innovation; project practice ability; abilities of analyzing problems and solving problems. They canestablish the modern concept of protecting environment; safety of industry; civilization production and economic analysis. So they can improve their synthetical quality.
