【摘要】 主要描述了在流光工作模式下 ,用 C2 H2 F4 替换 CF3Br气体后 ,阻性板室 (RPC)探测效率仍然达到了 95 %左右 ,时间分辨的 FWHM为 2 ns,是一种很有前途的环保型工作气体

【Abstract】 In this paper it is described that using new quenching gas C 2H 2F 4 to replace CF 3Br the detection efficiency of resistive plate chamber (RPC) working under streamer mode still reaches 95%. Time resolution FWHM reaches 2ns. C 2H 2F 4 is one of potential and ecological for RPC.
