悬浊颗粒光学检测装置在水处理中的应用
Application of optical detecting device for suspension particles in treatment of water
【摘要】 水处理中始终没有一种简捷、快速、可靠、实用的方法监测和控制混凝过程,本文将透光脉动颗粒检测装置用于监测和控制混凝过程。结果表明,检测值R可以很好反映一般浊度水混凝过程中悬浊颗粒聚集状态的变化情况,与显微摄影法测得的结果相吻合。检测值R与浑液面沉速一样可作为高浊度水絮凝研究的指标,而R值的检测较浑液面检测简便、快速并可“联机”操作。建立的以R值为控制参数的高浊度水絮凝投药反馈控制系统的控制精度高、实时性强,控制性能好。另外,该装置还可以用于污泥化学调理及含油废水等污染严重水的混凝监控。
【Abstract】 A desertingdevicefor transmittedlightfluctuation(TLF)particlesis usedto monitorthecoagu-lateprocess,andas a result,thereadoutvalueR canwellreflectthevariationof gatheringof suspension particlesin thecoagulateprocessof normalturbidwater.It coincideswiththeresultobtainedby usingmi-cro-photographmethod.BoththereadoutvalueR andthesettlingvelocityof non-clearinterfacecanbe the indexof flocculantresearchfor highturbidwater,butthemonitoringof R valueis simplerandfasterthan thedetectingof non-interfaceandan on-lineoperationcan be realized.The systemof feedbackcontrolof flocculantdosingfor highturbidwaterby usingR valueas controlparameterhas higherprecisionof con-trol,morereal-timeandbettercontrollabilityandthisdevicealsocan be usedfor coagulatemonitoringin sludgechemicalconditioningandoilwastewater.
