【Abstract】 The democratization of politics and the market-orientation of economy have become two waves of the present-day world,with economic liberalism as their theme. Planned economy, a result of man’s construction of rationalism, originated with the abandonment of values of economic liberalism, and its failure means that the all-round state conduct has fallen through. The essence of the reform of economic system in China is to establish the independent economic personality of individuals in social and economic activities and ensure them adequate economic freedom, which are not only the source of economic vitality and the requisite of effecitive resources disposition, but also the basis on which to build up the order of market economy.更多还原
