【摘要】 用小剂量多次腹腔注射链佐霉素的方法 ,破坏胰岛 β细胞 ,诱发小鼠产生实验性胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 ,主要表现为血糖升高 .用一中药抑糖方剂灌喂小鼠 ,观察此方剂对链佐霉素糖尿病小鼠高血糖的影响 .结果提示 ,该方剂对链佐霉素引起的糖尿病有一定的预防保护作用 ,治疗作用尚未见明显效果 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The method of injecting small dosage of streptozotocin (STZ) to the experimental mice was adopted to disrupt their pancreas islet β cells and induce their experimental insulin-dependent diabetes which resulted in the high concentration of blood sugar. Yitangfang, a traditonal Chinese medicine, was administered to the suffering experimental mice, and the influence upon the high blood sugar of the suffering experimental mice was observed. The results indicated that Yitangfang took fairly good effect on prevention and protection against the streptozotocin diabetes although its tangible therapeutic effect was not observed yet.更多还原
